About Willard Brumbaugh, lutcf

Grew up in Southern California in the 40s and 50s. Graduated from Escondido Union High School in 1959. Attended Los Angeles Pacific College.

Entered the life insurance profession in 1968 – initially with New York Life in Oakland, CA. Most of my career has been as an independent agent working with a number of companies. For five years I carried a Series 6 license. In 1976 I became dissatisfied with the stock market and its lack of certainty.

For many years I have been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, for which I have served as an officer and as a moderator for the Life Underwriters Training Council. More recently, I have had articles published in InsuranceNewsNet Magazine. These articles are available on-line.

I have been answering questions regarding life insurance and retirement issues at www.allexperts.com since November 2002, and I have authored a report on these issues that is freely shared with those who request it by e-mailing me at willardbrumbaugh@yahoo.com.
